Description

Directions For Use:

  1. Apply the composition with a margin of 1-2 mm from the roots of the hair to the entire length of the eyelashes or eyebrows, using a micro brush or a brush.
  2. The exposure time is 10-15 minutes, depending on the condition and quality of the eyelashes.
  3. After the time is up, if necessary, wipe off the excess composition with a dry cotton swab or sponge.
  4. The tool can also be used at home as a nourishing mask for damaged, weakened eyelashes and eyebrows in daily care.

Hyaluronic Acid, Hydrolyzed Keratin, Coconut Extract, Ethylhexyl Cocoate, Isopropyl Palmitate, Hydrolyzed Keratin, Collagen, Cyclopentasiloxane, Dimethiconol, D-Panthenol, Cetrimonium Chloride, Sodium Hyaluronate, Osma Oil, Argan Oil, Tocopherol Acetate, Perfume Composition, Amyl Cinnamal, Benzyl Alcohol, Benzyl Salicylate, Geraniol, Linalool, Benzyl Benzoate, Citronellol, Vitamin E, Hexylcinnamaldehyde, Limonene, Alpha-Isomethyl Lonone.

Additional Information:

The consistency of the product may change depending on the ambient temperature! Botox contains coconut oil, which thickens when exposed to low temperatures. This is a normal phenomenon for the given ingredient. To obtain a liquid consistency, simply place the bottle in a container of warm water for a few minutes. We recommend storing the product at a temperature of +5 to +25°C.

Delivery

All products are sent from ourselves and not a third party, using our authorised courier/ postal service . We check all orders before despatch to ensure your order arrives as specified and in perfect condition.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You should notify us of your intent to return an item and provide your Order Number reference.

If unwanted item returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition, a refund will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items in question are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will advise how to return it to us and we will refund the return postage cost. Replacements and / or refunds will only be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed up to 14 days from the sales invoice date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of product arriving back with us. Payment will be made the same way the product was paid for (PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card payment). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the sale invoice date.
