What’s The Difference Between Organic & Mineral?

  • Retention with organic pigments is 90-100% whereas with minerals it is 40-60% retention.
  • Mineral is a safe choice for beginners as it heals softer, meaning your clients may need to come back more frequently (every year).
  • The mineral line is REACH compliant but organic is NOT.
  • Mineral will be better for clients who want to be more flexible with their brow shape and colour.
  • Organic line colours are very strong and long-lasting for a client who prefer not having to touch up their brows every year. 

Ingredients:

C.I. 77891 Titanium Dioxide, C.I. 11741 Yellow 74, C.I. 56110 Red 254, C.I. Carbon Black, CAS 7732-18-5 Aqua, CAS 56-81-5 Glycerin. CAS 67-63-0 Isopropyl Alcohol.

Delivery

All products are sent from ourselves and not a third party, using our authorised courier/ postal service . We check all orders before despatch to ensure your order arrives as specified and in perfect condition.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You should notify us of your intent to return an item and provide your Order Number reference.

If unwanted item returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition, a refund will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items in question are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will advise how to return it to us and we will refund the return postage cost. Replacements and / or refunds will only be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed up to 14 days from the sales invoice date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of product arriving back with us. Payment will be made the same way the product was paid for (PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card payment). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the sale invoice date.
