Description

  • This eyebrow shampoo has a neutral pH of 7, allowing you to use it throughout the procedure and in between steps if needed without disrupting the skin or hair or the active products’ performance.
  • Saline, niacinamide, and citric acid work together to detox the hair and skin of impurities without causing sensitivity.
  • Not only does Saline act as a disinfectant to minimise any risk of infection or cross-contamination, but it also increases the oxidation of fatty acids that sit on the skin and within the hairs, thus causing them to break down.
  •  It detoxes the skin and hair, aids hydration, and minimises redness and inflammation. It also aids circulation which is key for bringing oxygen and nutrients to the hair follicles.
  • Citric Acid also contributes to detoxification, gently exfoliates the skin, and helps keep hair shiny and well-hydrated.
  • Finally, Purify also contains Hyaluronic Acid, which is a key ingredient for optimum skin and hair health.

Aqua, Glycerin, Decyl Glucoside, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Disodium Cocoamphodiacetate, Sodium Chloride, Niacinamide, Panthenol, Phenoxyethanol, Propanediol, Benzyl Alcohol, Parfum, Undecylenic Acid, Ethylhexlglycerin, Citric Acid. 

 

Delivery

All products are sent from ourselves and not a third party, using our authorised courier/ postal service . We check all orders before despatch to ensure your order arrives as specified and in perfect condition.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You should notify us of your intent to return an item and provide your Order Number reference.

If unwanted item returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition, a refund will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items in question are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will advise how to return it to us and we will refund the return postage cost. Replacements and / or refunds will only be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed up to 14 days from the sales invoice date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of product arriving back with us. Payment will be made the same way the product was paid for (PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card payment). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the sale invoice date.
