The Brow Exlixir is enriched with the natural oil complex: monoi, coconut, avocado, rosa canina, olive, arctium, argan, maize, which provides a powerful moisturising, regenerative, soothing and protective effect on the skin aft­er an eyebrow lamination procedure. The oils prevent dryness and damage of the eyebrow hairs and facilitate their strengthening. This means it is easier to set them in place and preserve the eyebrow shape while protecting the skin from dryness and dehydration.

Description

Directions For Use:

  1. Apply several drops of the concentrate with a dropper on the cleansed eyebrow area.
  2. It is recommended to use a make-up brush for a more hygienic application of the product.
  3. Wait until the product is fully absorbed.
  • For professional use: use the concentrate as the final solution directly a­fter the eyebrow lamination procedure.
  • For the eyebrow home care: use the concentrate to nourish, strengthen and regenerate the eyebrow hairs. The concentrate is recommended to be used on a daily basis.

Additional Information:

  • Brow ELIXIR can freeze at a low temperature. This is a normal condition of the product under the influence of a low temperature. Put the product in a room temperature place If the product is frozen, put it in a room temperature place and let it melt.

Delivery

All products are sent from ourselves and not a third party, using our authorised courier/ postal service . We check all orders before despatch to ensure your order arrives as specified and in perfect condition.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You should notify us of your intent to return an item and provide your Order Number reference.

If unwanted item returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition, a refund will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items in question are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will advise how to return it to us and we will refund the return postage cost. Replacements and / or refunds will only be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed up to 14 days from the sales invoice date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of product arriving back with us. Payment will be made the same way the product was paid for (PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card payment). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the sale invoice date.
