Directions For Use-

1. Preparation for the eyebrow tinting procedure: Use ELAN DETOX-MOUSSE to cleanse the hair and skin before the procedure. Remove the foam with a cotton pad moistened with water.
2. Brow shaping: Create the shape of the eyebrows using any product suitable for this purpose.
3. Preparation of the colouring mixture: Mix BROW GEL TINT with 1% OXIDANT in a non-metallic container at a ratio of 1:1.
NOTE! The tint’s colour may vary from light brown to black due to contact with air after opening the package. This is normal for the tint composition and does not affect the result of eyebrow tinting or the reproducibility of this result with periodic use of the same tinting mixture.
4. Brow tinting: Apply the tint to the eyebrows according to their shape. Exposure time is 5-15 minutes (depending on the desired result). After the exposure time, remove the tint with a cotton pad moistened with water or ELAN DETOX-MOUSSE. If using the mousse, remove any remaining foam with a cotton pad moistened with water.
NOTE! If the tint goes beyond the desired form, immediately remove it with a cotton swab moistened with water or ELAN toner-remover (NOCOLOR or Smart Skin COLOUR REMOVER or Skin Colour CREAM REMOVER) to prevent the tint from drying on the skin.
5. Completion of the eyebrow tinting procedure: To fix the achieved result, apply ELAN COLOUR FIX colour fixing fluid to the eyebrows.

Аqua, Ethoxydiglycol, Propylene Glycol, 4-amino-m-cresol, P-phenylenediamine, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Sodium Erythorbate, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Ammonium Acryloyldimethyltaurate/vp Copolymer, Sodium Hydroxide, Sodium Carbonate, Sodium Chloride, Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein, Benzyl Alcohol, Dehydroacetic Acid, M-aminophenol, Toluene-2,5-diamine Sulfate, 2,6-diaminopyridine, 4-amino-2-hydroxytoluene.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You should notify us of your intent to return an item and provide your Order Number reference.

If unwanted item returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition, a refund will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items in question are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will advise how to return it to us and we will refund the return postage cost. Replacements and / or refunds will only be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed up to 14 days from the sales invoice date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of product arriving back with us. Payment will be made the same way the product was paid for (PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card payment). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the sale invoice date.
