Carbon Eyebrow Bleaching Powder is enriched with amino acid-rich wheat and rice proteins that enter deeply into the cortex, due to which they provide additional care for the hair from the inside.

Neutralising carbon pigments minimises the possibility of an undesirable yellow tone in bleached hair.

Description

Directions For Use:

LIGHT technique (bleaching up to 1-2 colour levels):

  1. Mix Carbon Bleaching Powder with ELAN Oxidizing Emulsion 3% in a ratio of 1:3 (one part of the powder and three parts of the oxidizing emulsion).
  2. Apply the bleaching mixture on the thicker hairs, then spread the bleaching mixture on the eyebrows using a make-up brush.
  3. Leave it to develop for 1-3 minutes depending on the desired eyebrow shade and hair thickness.
  4. If the hair shade is desired, remove the bleaching mixture with a cotton pad moistened with water.
  5. Repeat the procedure in order to make the eyebrow shade lighter.
  6. Apply ELAN Cleansing Detox Mousse on the eyebrows to stop the chemical reaction.
  7. Remove this mousse with a cotton pad moistened with water.
  8. It is highly recommended to use ELAN Colour Fix Lotion as a leave-in care treatment after the eyebrow bleaching procedure.
  9. NOTE: In case of repeating the eyebrow bleaching procedure, apply the bleaching mixture on the deep eyebrow hair roots only, using a thin make-up brush such as ELAN Blackwood #1.

INTENSE technique (bleaching up to 3-5 colour levels):

  1. Mix Carbon Bleaching Powder with ELAN Oxidizing Emulsion 3% in a ratio of 1:2 (one part of the powder and two parts of the oxidizing emulsion).
  2. Apply the bleaching mixture on the thicker hairs, then spread the bleaching mixture on the eyebrows using a make-up brush.
  3. Leave it to develop for 5-15 minutes depending on the desired eyebrow shade and hair thickness.
  4. If the hair shade is desired, remove the bleaching mixture with a cotton pad moistened with water.
  5. Repeat the procedure in order to make the eyebrow shade lighter.
  6. Apply ELAN Cleansing Detox Mousse on the eyebrows to stop the chemical reaction.
  7. Remove this mousse with a cotton pad moistened with water.
  8. It is highly recommended to use ELAN Colour Fix Lotion as a leave-in care treatment after the eyebrow bleaching procedure.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You should notify us of your intent to return an item and provide your Order Number reference.

If unwanted item returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition, a refund will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items in question are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will advise how to return it to us and we will refund the return postage cost. Replacements and / or refunds will only be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed up to 14 days from the sales invoice date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of product arriving back with us. Payment will be made the same way the product was paid for (PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card payment). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the sale invoice date.
