KeraSoft Lash Lifting Serum Step 1 is a component of the innovative KeraVEG Lash Lift System. It is specially designed for the FIRST stage of lash lifting and provides eyelash protection during the procedure.
How does KeraSoft Lash Lifting Serum Step 1 work?
- Softens the eyelash hairs.
- Makes them more elastic and malleable, thus they take a new curve easily.
- The care complex based on vegan protein, jojoba oil, and trehalose protects eyelashes during the procedure and prevents their dehydration and fragility.

Description
Directions For Use:
NOTE! The room temperature directly affects the activity of both products — the higher the temperature, the faster the reaction rate.
Exposure timings:
- Thick and straight eyelash hairs, not previously treated with chemical compounds (lifting, tinting, bleaching) — KeraSoft Eyelash Lifting Serum Step 1, exposure time: 8-10 minutes;
- Medium or thin eyelash hairs, not previously treated with chemical compounds (lifting, tinting, bleaching) — KeraSoft Eyelash Lifting Serum Step 1, exposure time: 5-7 minutes;
KeraSoft Lash Lifting Serum Step 1 Directions:
- Use ELAN DETOX FOAM to cleanse the eyelashes before the lifting procedure.
- Remove the foam with a cotton pad moistened with water.
- Secure a silicone pad of the appropriate size on the upper eyelid.
- Distribute and secure the eyelashes on the pad using ELAN professional line eyelash lamination fixing gel and an applicator.
- Apply KeraSoft Step 1 to the area where the eyelash curl is to be formed. Exposure time: 5-10 minutes.
NOTE! The exposure time and type of product (KeraSoft Eyelash and Eyebrow Lifting Serum Step 1 or KeraSoft Eyelash Lifting Serum Step 1) must correspond to those indicated for the chosen group of eyelashes. - After the exposure time, remove the product residue first with a dry brush in the direction of eyelash hair growth and then with a micro brush or cotton swab moistened with water.
KeraSoft Eyelash and Eyebrow Fixing Serum Step 2 without tinting Directions:
- Apply KeraBoost Eyelash and Eyebrow Fixing Serum Step 2 to the entire eyelash area with a thick layer.
- Exposure time: 7 minutes.
- After the exposure time, remove the residue of the product first with a dry brush in the direction of eyelash hair growth and then with a micro brush or cotton swab moistened with water or ELAN DETOX FOAM. If foam is used, remove the foam with a cotton pad moistened with water.
Fixation of eyelash hair direction with tinting on a pad– KeraBoost Eyelash and Eyebrow Fixing Serum Step 2 + KeraTint Eyelash Tint
- Mix KeraTint Eyelash Tint and KeraBoost Eyelash and Eyebrow Fixing Serum Step 2 in a non-metallic container at a ratio of 1:2.
NOTE! The colour of the tint in the bottle may vary from light brown to black due to contact with air after opening the package. This is normal for the dyes used and does not affect the result of eyelash colouring. - Apply the mixture to the entire eyelash area with a thick layer. Exposure time: 7 minutes.
- After the exposure time, remove the residue of the mixture first with a dry brush in the direction of eyelash growth and then with a micro brush or cotton swab moistened with water or ELAN DETOX FOAM. If foam is used, remove the foam with a cotton pad moistened with water.
- To fix the result obtained after tinting, apply ELAN COLOUR FIX colour fixing fluid to the eyelashes.5.1 After using KeraBoost Eyelash and Eyebrow Fixing Serum Step 2 or a mixture of KeraTint Eyelash Tint + Eyelash and Eyebrow Fixing Serum Step 2, apply a small amount of KeraCare Eyelash and Eyebrow Care Serum Step 3 to cleanse eyelashes and evenly distribute. Leave on until completely absorbed. The product does not require rinsing.

Delivery
All products are sent from ourselves and not a third party, using our authorised courier/ postal service . We check all orders before despatch to ensure your order arrives as specified and in perfect condition.
Returns
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You should notify us of your intent to return an item and provide your Order Number reference.
If unwanted item returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition, a refund will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items in question are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will advise how to return it to us and we will refund the return postage cost. Replacements and / or refunds will only be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items.
Refunds
Refunds will only be processed up to 14 days from the sales invoice date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of product arriving back with us. Payment will be made the same way the product was paid for (PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card payment). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the sale invoice date.
