An adaptation on the very popular Y Comb however there are some key features that help make the Tree Tool a bit special.

Why The Elleebana Tree Tool?

  • The design of the tool of course features our globally recognised Elleebana Tree to give these tools a true point of difference and support to your grip for practicality and comfort.
  • The quality of the material production is firm and without extensive flex but offers a longer and a more defined comb to increase accuracy and evenly spaced definition to provide a neat and flawless lift. The attention to the comb precision was a key component of this production however so too was the unique measuring tool that helps take the guesswork out of lifting while cutting down on application time.
  • You will find the measuring markers on one arm of the tree tool indicate the lash length and suitability/compatibility to a particular rod or shield size.
  • So in addition to being easy to use, these tools are also easy to clean. Warm soapy water to remove lash lift adhesive from the combs of the tool firstly and followed by a high-level disinfectant.
  • So while being cleanable makes these tools reusable we recommend replacing these regularly to keep your comb edges giving you straight and perfectly groomed separation every time.

Directions For Use:

  1. Rest the tree tool up against the client’s eyeline/eyelid to measure which size rod you should be using.
    • The Tree Tool has 4 measuring lines on it so you can see which size rod you should be using. The line closest to the client’s eyelid is for small, the next one up is for medium, then large, and then extra-large. Depending on where the client’s lashes come up to will decipher will size rod you should use.
    • If you are wanting to use shields, then the same applies, but the second line up would be where you start, so the second line is for small, the next line up for medium, and then the last line for large.
  1. Apply the rod/shield as normal and start to attach the lashes onto the rod/shield with a lash lifting tool.
  2. Once you have attached some of the lashes with the tool, you can come in with your Elleebana Tree Tool to seperate the lashes and comb them upwards.
  3. You can proceed with your treatment.
  4. When you have completed the treatment, use warm soapy water to remove the lash lift adhesive from the combs of the tool.
  5. Follow with a high-level disinfectant.
  6. Your tool will now be ready to be reused.

 

Delivery

All products are sent from ourselves and not a third party, using our authorised courier/ postal service . We check all orders before despatch to ensure your order arrives as specified and in perfect condition.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You should notify us of your intent to return an item and provide your Order Number reference.

If unwanted item returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition, a refund will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items in question are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will advise how to return it to us and we will refund the return postage cost. Replacements and / or refunds will only be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed up to 14 days from the sales invoice date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of product arriving back with us. Payment will be made the same way the product was paid for (PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card payment). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the sale invoice date.
