The Inktrox Diamond balm by Kwadron is perfect to use during and after pigmentation, as well as aftercare for permanent makeup and small tattoos. It has got soothing, nourishing, and regenerating properties. It speeds up the healing process, moisturises and protects the skin.
The Inktrox Diamond Aftercare balm is a response to our client’s needs. Thanks to a high shea butter content, it has got nourishing, soothing and lubricating properties. The bee wax moisturises and regenerates the skin. We also use ingredients such as avocado, macadamia, grape and sweet almond oils, which strengthen the lipid coat of the skin and, at the same time, soothe and heal it.
The balm is the ideal protection against unfavourable weather conditions (cold, wind, sun).

Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter), Cera Alba, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond), Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Oil, Macadamia Ternifolia Seed Oil, Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Oil, Glycine Soja (Soybean) Oil, Parfum.
Delivery
All products are sent from ourselves and not a third party, using our authorised courier/ postal service . We check all orders before despatch to ensure your order arrives as specified and in perfect condition.
Returns
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You should notify us of your intent to return an item and provide your Order Number reference.
If unwanted item returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition, a refund will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items in question are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will advise how to return it to us and we will refund the return postage cost. Replacements and / or refunds will only be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items.
Refunds
Refunds will only be processed up to 14 days from the sales invoice date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of product arriving back with us. Payment will be made the same way the product was paid for (PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card payment). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the sale invoice date.
