Directions For Use:

Directions for use in Micro Pigmentation: Instruct clients to exfoliate lips with PhytoScrub gently at night for 5-10 days pre-treatment, followed by a light application of LipLock. Choose from Carrot-Mint or our new luscious Raspberry formulation. Send clients home with a LipLock Mini or the new regular size in either flavour.

For artists, include instructions for use of PhytroScrub and LipLock in your pre- and post-care instructions.

Post-Treatment: Once the healing process is complete, clients should use PhytoScrub 2x-3x weekly to keep lips free from dry skin and to stimulate tissue for younger, healthier looking lips. Follow with LipLock.

Regular use: Exfoliate lips as part of a routine skin care regimen, before applying lip moisturiser such as LipLock. Make PhytoScrub part of your daily skin care. Follow with Carrot-Mint or  Raspberry Liplock with natural anti-aging SPF for the perfect lip care combination to keep lips nourished, hydrated and looking young.

  1. With clean hands apply a pea-sized amount of Lip Scrub to the lips.
  2.  Rub gently in a circular motion thoroughly around the upper and lower lip, including slightly outside the vermillion border.  Do this for 30 seconds to 2 minutes daily for up to 10 days.   Do not expect an abrasive sensation.  Trust that the crystals are effectively and gently polishing and exfoliating, leaving a velvety soft feeling.
  3. Remove excess scrub with a dry tissue, leaving the natural oil reside of the scrub on the lips as it will continue to nourish and hydrate.
  4. After one week of daily use, maintain your healthy lips by using 2-3 times per week.

Cucumber Fruit (Cucumus Sativus), Cera Alba (Bee Wax), Mango Butter (Mangfera Indica), Jojoba Beads, Dermabrasion Crystals, Saccharium Officinarum, Ricinus Communis (Castor Oil), Gamma-Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Sunflower Seed Oil, Calendula Officinalis (Calendula), Natural Flavours.

Delivery

All products are sent from ourselves and not a third party, using our authorised courier/ postal service . We check all orders before despatch to ensure your order arrives as specified and in perfect condition.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You should notify us of your intent to return an item and provide your Order Number reference.

If unwanted item returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition, a refund will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items in question are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will advise how to return it to us and we will refund the return postage cost. Replacements and / or refunds will only be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed up to 14 days from the sales invoice date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of product arriving back with us. Payment will be made the same way the product was paid for (PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card payment). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the sale invoice date.
