Kit Includes:

  • 5 x 1ml Sachets of Step 1 Permanent Cream.
  • 5 x 1ml Sachets of Step 2 Neutraliser.
  • 1 x 10ml Step 3 Argan Oil.

Directions For Use:

Step 1 – 

  1. Apply with a brush in a thin layer. Using the brush, comb the hairs in the desired direction, while not pressing hard on the skin. With the back of the brush / spatula, smooth and press the hairs, if necessary.
  2. Apply the composition in a small amount, in a thin layer, with minimal contact with the skin. The hairs should not sink into the composition.
  3. The exposure time of the composition depends on the density of the hair. On a thin hair, the exposure time is 1-2 minutes, on a hair of medium hardness 2-4 minutes, on a hard hair up to 6 minutes.
  4. During exposure, the hairs are lightly combed.
  5. Remove the 1st composition with a dry cotton pad.

Step 2 – 

  1. Apply with a brush the same amount as for 1st composition, combing in the direction of the desired styling of the hairs. If necessary, smooth or press the hairs in the desired direction with the back of the brush / spatula.
  2. The holding time of the composition is the same as for the 1st (+ – 1-2 minutes).
  3. Wash off the composition with a cotton pad moistened with water, comb the hairs and tint if necessary.

Step 3 – 

  1. Apply with a brush / brush to the hairs in a thin layer as a finishing agent for the Bio Fix. Guide the hairs and fix with oil. Do not apply the composition too abundantly!
  2. Do not rinse off after application.

Ingredients:

Step 1 – Thioglycolic, Monoethanolamine, Cethyl alcohol, Emacol, Parfum, Color, Purified water.

Step 2 – Sodium bromate, Cethyl alcohol, Emacol, Parfum, Color, Purified water.

Step 3 – Water, Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil, Olivoyl Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Hydrolyzed Keratin, Aloe Vera, Glycerin, Petrolatum, Sodium Sheabutteramphoacetate, Sodium Cocoabutteramphoacetate.

Delivery

All products are sent from ourselves and not a third party, using our authorised courier/ postal service . We check all orders before despatch to ensure your order arrives as specified and in perfect condition.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You should notify us of your intent to return an item and provide your Order Number reference.

If unwanted item returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition, a refund will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items in question are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will advise how to return it to us and we will refund the return postage cost. Replacements and / or refunds will only be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed up to 14 days from the sales invoice date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of product arriving back with us. Payment will be made the same way the product was paid for (PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card payment). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the sale invoice date.
