The Noemi Primer gently cleanses, nourishes and prepares the eyebrow area for the tinting procedure.

Used to prepare the eyebrows before using the other brow products, including brow henna. It gently cleanses, nourishes and regenerates the skin and does not leave it oily or sticky. After application, the skin becomes soft and moisturised. Also suitable for sensitive skin, does not cause irritation

Description

Directions For Use:

  1. Spray twice on the eyebrows making sure that the entire length of the eyebrows is covered
  2. Wipe off the eyebrows with cotton so that the area around the eyebrows has been cleaned.

Warning: Rinse eyes immediately if the product comes into contact with them.

Ingredients:

Purified Water, Propanediol, Sorbitan Oleate Decylglucoside Crosspolymer, Glycerol, Sorbitan Caprylate (And) Propanediol (And)benzoic Acid, Lactic Acid.

Delivery

All products are sent from ourselves and not a third party, using our authorised courier/ postal service . We check all orders before despatch to ensure your order arrives as specified and in perfect condition.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You should notify us of your intent to return an item and provide your Order Number reference.

If unwanted item returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition, a refund will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items in question are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will advise how to return it to us and we will refund the return postage cost. Replacements and / or refunds will only be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed up to 14 days from the sales invoice date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of product arriving back with us. Payment will be made the same way the product was paid for (PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card payment). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the sale invoice date.
