Description

Directions For Use:

  1. Prepare the skin for the procedure. Remove make-up residue and clean the client’s skin with OKO Lash&Brow Cloudy Foam Shampoo. Make sure the skin is dry before starting the procedure. Before using the wax, you can apply talc on the desired area.
  2. Heat the wax until it is completely melted. This can be done in a special wax melter.
  3. Using a wooden applicator, apply the wax in a thin, even layer to the area with unwanted hair. The wax is applied in the direction of hair growth. Wait a few seconds for the wax to harden into a film.
  4. Fix the skin in the hair removal area, slightly pulling it. Remove the wax with one quick, sharp movement to avoid skin irritation. The wax is removed against the direction of hair growth.
  5. After completing the hair removal procedure, remove the wax residue using a special oil or wax remover. Apply the product to the skin, then remove its remains with a cotton pad or warm water.
  6. In case of obvious redness of the skin, use a soothing product after waxing.
  7. After the procedure, be sure to apply SPF sunscreen.

Resin Acids And Rosin Acids, Esters With Glycerol, Oil Of Olive, Acetic Acid, Ethenyl Ester, Polymer With Eth, Beeswax, Naphthenic Oils, Stearic Acid, Jojoba Oil, Wheat Germ Oil, Coloring Agent, Paraffin Waxes And Hydrocarbon Waxes.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You should notify us of your intent to return an item and provide your Order Number reference.

If unwanted item returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition, a refund will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items in question are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will advise how to return it to us and we will refund the return postage cost. Replacements and / or refunds will only be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed up to 14 days from the sales invoice date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of product arriving back with us. Payment will be made the same way the product was paid for (PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card payment). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the sale invoice date.
