Description
The comfortable shape and soft pressure of the tweezers provide full control and true precision in eyebrow correction, as well as convenience and speed in the stylist’s work.
The OKO #03 Ultra Pointed Tweezers are designed to work perfectly: use them after basic eyebrow correction with the angled OKO 01 or OKO 02 Easy Touch tweezers for thin and ingrown hairs, as well as when thinning the eyebrows.
The tweezers are made of high-quality abrasion-resistant steel and have a perfectly polished surface, which makes the product resistant to daily disinfection and various types of sterilization. The tool is sharpened by hand and, with proper use, will last for a long time. The tweezers can be autoclaved.
Delivery
All products are sent from ourselves and not a third party, using our authorised courier/ postal service . We check all orders before despatch to ensure your order arrives as specified and in perfect condition.
Returns
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You should notify us of your intent to return an item and provide your Order Number reference.
If unwanted item returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition, a refund will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items in question are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will advise how to return it to us and we will refund the return postage cost. Replacements and / or refunds will only be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items.
Refunds
Refunds will only be processed up to 14 days from the sales invoice date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of product arriving back with us. Payment will be made the same way the product was paid for (PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card payment). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the sale invoice date.
