Together with our community of Brow Artists, we designed the perfect brow gel called Brow Control. A brow wax that can lift and shape the brow hairs and hold the hairs in place during the day. The eyebrow waxing wax won’t leave a white haze or flaky residue, an important requirement for our brow artists that

Directions For Use:

  1. Dip your spoolie brush into the wax. You don’t need much. Apply the wax onto the brows and brush them in the desired direction after you have filled in the brows with a brow pencil. It makes shape stay brow pencil long time.
  2. Feathery brow look: This look gives you a full and fluffy brow look. Start at the beginning of your brows and brush the hairs upwards at a 90 degrees angle.
  3. Sharp brow look: This is a more defined brow like for which you need precise application. Brush the hairs within the shape you created with the Brow Micro Pencil to make sure your sharp brow look will stick the full day.
  4. Emphasise natural brow look: We all love a natural brow look. And our brow control lets you appreciate and emphasize your natural brows more. Brush the hairs softly by following your natural shape and tame the unruly hairs for a soft natural look.
  5. For a smooth application, clean the spoolie brush every few days with water. This will make the application of the brow gel easier since the old wax will clump in the brush hairs when not removed.

Aqua (Water), Ceteareth-30, Sorbitol, Propanediol, Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Phenoxyethanol.

Delivery

All products are sent from ourselves and not a third party, using our authorised courier/ postal service . We check all orders before despatch to ensure your order arrives as specified and in perfect condition.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You should notify us of your intent to return an item and provide your Order Number reference.

If unwanted item returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition, a refund will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items in question are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will advise how to return it to us and we will refund the return postage cost. Replacements and / or refunds will only be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed up to 14 days from the sales invoice date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of product arriving back with us. Payment will be made the same way the product was paid for (PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card payment). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the sale invoice date.
