Description

When mixed with an oxidizing agent (1.8 and 3%), the powder turns into a homogeneous creamy consistency that is easily distributed by the hairs and does not spread. It gradually and gently lightens both its own melanin and removes excess artificial pigment.
A special complex based on milk proteins, including in the powder, protects the hair structure during the lightening or removal of artificial pigment.

Directions For Use:

  1. In a non-metallic container, mix the powder in a ratio of 1 to 2 with the TM ZOLA oxidizer.
  2. Apply the resulting mixture on the eyebrows, leave for 2-20 minutes depending result. on the planned result.
  3. After waiting for the required time, wash off the remaining powder with shampoo or a cleansing eyebrow foam.

Ingredients:

Potassium Persulfate, Ammonium Persulfate, Paraffinum Liquidum, Magnesium Carbonate Hydroxide, Sodium Metasilicate, Sodium Persulfate, Sodium Stearate, Silica, Xanthan Gum, Disodium Edta, Hydrolyzed Milk Protein, Parfum.

All products are sent from ourselves and not a third party, using our authorised courier/ postal service . We check all orders before despatch to ensure your order arrives as specified and in perfect condition.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You should notify us of your intent to return an item and provide your Order Number reference.

If unwanted item returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition, a refund will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items in question are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will advise how to return it to us and we will refund the return postage cost. Replacements and / or refunds will only be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed up to 14 days from the sales invoice date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of product arriving back with us. Payment will be made the same way the product was paid for (PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card payment). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the sale invoice date.
