Description

Zola Mapping Thread allows you to create perfect brows with this pre-inked mapping thread. The ink is easy to remove from the skin and can be used with waxing or threading. This technique allows you to create the perfect eyebrow as it allows you to specifically map out the brows for each and every client, taking into account the client’s unique facial features and naturally creating a shape that fits best.

Directions For Use: 

  1. Cut the thread to the required length for the job and apply markings.

Deionized Water, Polyethylene Glycol 200, Dispersant, White Pigment, Red Pigment 

 

 

Delivery

All products are sent from ourselves and not a third party, using our authorised courier/ postal service . We check all orders before despatch to ensure your order arrives as specified and in perfect condition.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You should notify us of your intent to return an item and provide your Order Number reference.

If unwanted item returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition, a refund will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items in question are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will advise how to return it to us and we will refund the return postage cost. Replacements and / or refunds will only be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed up to 14 days from the sales invoice date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of product arriving back with us. Payment will be made the same way the product was paid for (PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card payment). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the sale invoice date.
