This is a ‘Water-based’ glue balm (Gel). What does that mean? You don’t have to do ANYTHING about the timing. This has a very similar chemical mix as the BOO Beauty 3B-glue which is the most loved adhesive of all time, with vegetable protein such as soy protein and vitamin E.

Description

Directions For Use:

  1. Apply it on the back of the lash pads and gently place the lashes onto the pads.
  2. Once done with lash separation, apply another thin layer before applying any solutions.

Key Ingredients:

Ceteareth-25: Effectively removes impurities and dirt from the surface of the hair.

Glycerin: It can actually pull in moisture from the air, keeping lashes hydrated and healthy.

Soy Protein: Its high protein content helps to keep your scalp and hair moisturized and has a conditioning effect on your strands.

Ingredients:

Water (Aqua), Ceteareth-25, Ceteareth-20, Glyceryl Stearate, PEG-60 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Glycerin, PVP, PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Houttuynia Cordata Extract, Vitamin-E Tocopheryl Acetate, Fragrance.

Additional Information:

  • Avoid direct contact with eyes.
  • In case of direct contact with eyes, immediately rinse eyes with water and if the problem persists seek medical advice.
  • Keep out of reach of children.

Delivery

All products are sent from ourselves and not a third party, using our authorised courier/ postal service . We check all orders before despatch to ensure your order arrives as specified and in perfect condition.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You should notify us of your intent to return an item and provide your Order Number reference.

If unwanted item returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition, a refund will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items in question are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will advise how to return it to us and we will refund the return postage cost. Replacements and / or refunds will only be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed up to 14 days from the sales invoice date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of product arriving back with us. Payment will be made the same way the product was paid for (PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card payment). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the sale invoice date.
