Points are earned on pre-VAT and pre-delivery prices and will be applied after any discounts are taken into consideration.

Partial points are not available, and points will only be earned for every full £1 spent.

Example 1:

You spend £15.45 before VAT and delivery is added, meaning you earn 15 points.

Example 2:

You spend £15.45 before VAT, but as there’s a 20% off sale, your pre-VAT, pre-delivery subtotal is £12.36, meaning you earn 12 points.

Points have a 30-day cooling-off period, meaning points from successful purchases will be added to the user account after 30 days.
