To ensure you can access trainer discounts, you will need to request that your account be changed to a trainer one. To do so, first make sure you have signed up for an account with us. Then, using the email you signed up with, email enquiry@labfactor.co.uk with the subject line ‘Trainer Account Request’ and state your name in the email along with an attachment/s of proof of your trainer status (e.g. your teacher training certificate).
