Description

Directions For Use:

  1. Heat the wax in a suitable wax heater.
  2. Continue heating unit wax is completely melted, smooth and warm with a creamy consistency.
  3. Check the temperature of wax before hair removal by collecting a small amount on a spatula and applying it to the inside of the wrist.
  4. Take wax with a spatula and apply a thin layer on the area to be waxed.
  5. Let the wax cool, raise the edge at the end of the strip slightly, then tear off sharply, pulling against the application direction.
  6. Once hair removal is complete, apply a post-hair removal product to eliminate any wax residues and leave the skin clean and soft.

Ingredients:

Hydrogenated Poly(C6-20 Oledin), Hydrogenated Microcrystalline Wax, Ethylene/VA Copolymer, Paraffin, Titanium Dioxide, Parfum, Liquidum, Limonene, Linalool, Pentaerythrityl Tetra-Di-T-Butyl Hydroxyhydrocinnamate, CI 15850.

Precautions:

Do not use on irritated or broken skin or skin with pimples, wounds, cuts or varicose veins. Inspect the skin to ensure that it is dry and free from irritation before use.

Delivery

All products are sent from ourselves and not a third party, using our authorised courier/ postal service . We check all orders before despatch to ensure your order arrives as specified and in perfect condition.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You should notify us of your intent to return an item and provide your Order Number reference.

If unwanted item returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition, a refund will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items in question are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will advise how to return it to us and we will refund the return postage cost. Replacements and / or refunds will only be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed up to 14 days from the sales invoice date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of product arriving back with us. Payment will be made the same way the product was paid for (PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card payment). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the sale invoice date.
