Delivery, Returns & Refunds
DELIVERY
All products are sent from ourselves and not a third party, using our authorised courier/postal service.
Orders are processed during office hours which are Monday to Friday 9:00 - 17:00. Orders placed after 3 pm are not guaranteed to be shipped that day.
We do not work on any public holidays e.g. bank holidays, this means all deliveries will be pushed back a day to what you would normally expect.
If you are desperate for an order and want to see if it will arrive the next working day, please either call or email us to see your options.
We ship products via Royal Mail or DHL.
We offer a next-day delivery service, Guaranteed Saturday delivery, 1st class, 2nd class, DHL Express and Collection for UK customers. For international customers, the shipment options are either Royal Mail, DHL Express or DHL Economy.
Please see below the details for each shipping option.
For International orders then please note that there could be duties and taxes levied on your shipment in your destination country. The receiver is solely responsible for paying any customs charges.
UK-BASED SHIPPING OPTIONS
Free Delivery
We offer free delivery for UK-based customers on orders over £120. Free delivery will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48®. Orders that qualify for free delivery can be upgraded to Royal Mail Next Day Delivery for £2 (exc VAT), or DHL EXPRESS for £3.50 (exc VAT). Qualifying orders will be able to select their preferred delivery option at checkout.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders that contain a Moon Lamp or orders that are over a certain weight limit have to be sent via DHL; therefore, if you spend over £120 and your order fulfils one of these requirements, you will only see the upgrade to DHL EXPRESS option. Moon Lamp orders are not eligible for Saturday Next Day Delivery. Again, this is for UK customers only.
Next Day Delivery
- Ranges from £7.50 - £12.50.
- Order must be placed before 3 pm Monday to Friday to guarantee it being shipped for delivery the next working day.
- If you want the delivery on a weekend, please choose our Saturday Guaranteed option.
- This is a service to be delivered by 1 pm.
- Will not be effective on a bank holiday. If you order on a bank holiday Monday for next-day delivery, it will arrive on Wednesday, NOT Tuesday. This is the case for all bank holidays.
- You should be asked to sign for this upon delivery.
Guaranteed Saturday Delivery
- Ranges from £12.50 - £15.00.
- Order must be placed before 3 pm on a Friday to ensure your parcel is posted for Saturday guaranteed delivery.
- This is a service to be delivered by 1 pm.
- This shipping option will not be effective on a bank holiday. If you order on a bank holiday Friday, it will NOT arrive on Saturday, but the following Tuesday. However, if there is then a bank holiday on the following Monday, it will not arrive until Wednesday.
- You should be asked to sign for this upon delivery.
1st Class
- Ranges from £3.80 to £7.50.
- Delivery can take 1 to 3 working days.
- This option is NOT a next-day delivery guaranteed option.
- You should be asked to sign for this upon delivery.
2nd Class
- Ranges from £2.80 to £6.25.
- Delivery can take up to 7 working days.
- You should be asked to sign for this upon delivery.
DHL Express
- Ranges from £7.50 upwards depending on the weight of the parcel.
- Orders need to be placed by 1:30 pm Monday to Friday to ensure your order is shipped the same day.
- Most orders usually arrive the next working day, but it is not a guarantee. If you want confirmation on this, please email us.
- Your order could arrive anywhere between 8:00 - 18:00.
Collection From Lash Factor HQ
- Our unit is based in Droitwich, Worcestershire. You are welcome to come and collect any order you place.
- Once you have received a completed order email, you are free to come and collect your order. We are open between 9:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday, you can collect any time within these hours.
- No order is too small or too big to collect.
INTERNATIONAL-BASED SHIPPING OPTIONS

Royal Mail
- Starts at a minimum of £10.00 depending on location and parcel weight.
- Fully tracked to the delivery point.
- Depending on location, delivery can take up to 6 weeks during busy periods.
- Only available for selected countries.
DHL Express
- Offered worldwide.
- Can arrive the next working day depending on your location.
- Orders need to be placed by 1:30 pm Monday to Friday to ensure your order is shipped the same day.
- Fully tracked to the delivery point.
- Will not be effective on a bank holiday. If you order on a bank holiday Monday for express delivery, it will arrive on Wednesday, NOT Tuesday. This is the case for all bank holidays.
- Delivery times are roughly 1 to 6 working days. If you want confirmation on how long it will take to arrive, please email us and we can let you know.
DHL Economy
- Only available in Europe (selected countries).
- Fully tracked to the delivery point.
- Orders need to be placed by 1:30 pm Monday to Friday to ensure your order is shipped the same day.

DELAYED/MISSING PARCELS
A parcel can be delayed in delivery or go missing for many reasons. More often than not, delayed/missing parcels either turn up late at the correct address or they can be located and rerouted by Royal Mail. We follow a set of steps to investigate all claims of delayed/missing parcels.
Please reach out to us if you cannot find your parcel upon delivery or if it has not come within the expected shipping window for the shipping service you chose at checkout. We will then review any tracking information and work with you and Royal Mail to locate the parcel or to determine if it is truly lost in transit.
Please note: Orders will not be replaced or refunded without a declaration of ‘lost’ from Royal Mail.
RETURNS
Please note: Clearance and Expiring Soon products are non-returnable and are purchased on an as-is basis.
Returns can only be made if the item has been unused and is still in the original packaging it arrived in.
Please state your name and order number inside the parcel when you are returning an order to us.
Returning an unwanted item?
Unwanted items need to be returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
It is your responsibility to pay for the cost of an unwanted item to be returned to us. Therefore, it is also your responsibility to ensure the product arrives back to us in the same condition it arrived. If it arrives back to us in a poor or unsaleable condition, a refund may not be possible. Ensure you get proof of postage in case you need to get in contact with us about your return.
When arranging to return your item please enclose your name/order number and reason for return inside the parcel.
We will aim to issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Please note, that if you are sending back an item due to a change of mind, the original cost of postage will not be refunded.
Returning a faulty or incorrect item?
We are sorry you have received an order that is either incorrect or faulty. We need to be notified of any order discrepancies within 14 days of you receiving your order. You may also be asked to provide photo and/or video showing the product failing or not performing as expected. This is an important part of our faulty returns process that enables us to not only determine if something else other than the product is impacting its performance, but to link potential faulty items to batch production with the companies whose products we distribute.
If the item we have sent is incorrect, we will arrange for the correct product to be shipped out to you ASAP and inside this parcel, we will include a free returns label. You would need to place the return label over the label that was originally on the package and drop off the parcel at your local post office where they will scan the item and give you proof of postage. This proof of postage should be kept safe until we have received the item back to us in case of any delays or losses.
If we determine the item is faulty, we will replace the item ASAP. Depending on what the item is that is faulty, we may ask for it to be returned to us, or for you to dispose of that product accordingly. If we ask for it to be returned, we will arrange for this return, and it will be at no cost to you.
International Returns
If you have asked for an order to be returned and a cost for this is incurred from the courier service, this cost will be deducted from your order total when we refund for the return of the order. You will also not receive a refund for the delivery cost.
REFUNDS
I've requested for my order to be returned; when will I get a refund?
Once your order has been returned to us, we will check to make sure that everything you have returned is in the same condition it was sent out in. When we have confirmed everything is in good condition to warrant a return, we will issue the refund. It is your responsibility to ensure that any returns arrive back to us.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once a refund has been issued, please allow up to 7 working days for it to show back in your bank.
