Cleaning the lashes and the eye area before and after the treatment is as important as the treatment itself. BOO Beauty Bar’s neutral pH lash shampoo removes oil, supplies nutrition, increases retention, and protects lash roots.

Use this lash shampoo before the treatment to clean the eye area (especially if a client is wearing makeup) and the lashes, as well as after the treatment, to clean the tint and left-over solutions/adhesive on the lashes and the eyelids.

Directions For Use:

  1. Shake the bottle before using
  2. Pump once or twice on a cotton pad or a cotton tip
  3. Gently clean the eye area and lashes. Please note: it’s not recommended to pump the shampoo directly into the eyes

Additional Information:

  • Wear suitable gloves.
  • Do not pump it directly into the eyes.
  • In case of direct contact with eyes, immediately rinse eyes with water, and if problems persist, seek medical advice.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Carefully follow the instructions for use.



All products are sent from ourselves and not a third party, using our authorised courier/ postal service . We check all orders before despatch to ensure your order arrives as specified and in perfect condition.


You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You should notify us of your intent to return an item and provide your Order Number reference.

If unwanted item returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition, a refund will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items in question are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will advise how to return it to us and we will refund the return postage cost. Replacements and / or refunds will only be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items.


Refunds will only be processed up to 14 days from the sales invoice date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of product arriving back with us. Payment will be made the same way the product was paid for (PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card payment). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the sale invoice date.
