Description

Each step of the lamination process has been carefully formulated to create the perfect product for long-lasting and effective results. Your clients will be coming back for more after getting their eyebrows laminated with this kit for the first time.

Timings:

  • Very Thin or Fine Brow Hairs: 5-7 minutes.
  • Medium or Normal Brow Hairs: 7-8 minutes.
  • Coarse or Stubborn Hairs: 8-9 minutes.

Directions For Use:

  1. Apply Brow Adhesive evenly through your client’s brow in a thin layer. Use a lamination comb & fix the hairs in place in an upward direction. Ensure you are setting the brow in the exact direction you wish to laminate the hairs in. Wait until the adhesive is dry before moving on to the next step.
  2. On top of the adhesive layer, apply one sachet of Step 1 (Brow Perming Solution) to one of your client’s brows at a time. One sachet services both eyebrows. Apply the solution to the hair area only. 
  3. Cover brows with the Brow Wrap & make sure the hairs are fixed in an upright position. Leave to process for 5 to 8 minutes, depending on your client’s hair type (no longer than 9 minutes):
  4. Remove the Brow Wrap. Use a dry cotton tip to remove the Brow Perming Solution from your client’s eyebrows. 
  5. Apply one sachet of Step 2 (Brow Fixing Solution) to each brow using a new cotton tip. One sachet services both eyebrows. Cover your client’s brows with Brow Wrap & make sure the hairs are fixed in an upright position. Leave to process for 5 to 8 minutes, depending on your client’s hair type (no longer than 9 minutes). The same time frame applies as outlined in step 3. 
  6. Remove the Brow Wrap. Use a dry cotton tip to remove the Brow Fixing Solution from your client’s eyebrows. If desired, apply Brow Code Tint using the Brow Code 122 Brush to add colour to the brows. Please be mindful that lamination increases the depth of colour. Take care with the timing process for tint by watching the development of the colour closely. Make sure the tint removal process is done using a dry cotton tip. 
  7. Apply one sachet of Step 3 (Brow Keratin Nourish Cream) to each brow. One sachet services both eyebrows. Using a lamination comb, brush the cream evenly through your client’s brows. Remove after 2 hours with a dry cotton tip or pad. 

Storage Instructions:

  • Store at a temperature from +5°C to +25°C.
  • Keep dry.
  • Store away from heat and direct sunlight.

Perming Lotion:  Aqua, Ethanolamine Thioglycolate, Cetearyl Alcohol, Ammonium Thioglycolate, Ethoxydiglycol, Peg-7 Glyceryl Cocoate, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Ethanolamine, Parfum, Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone, Butylphenyl Methylpropional, Citronellol, Hexyl Cinnamal, Limonene, Linalool

Fixing Lotion: Aqua, Cetearyl Alcohol, Hydrogen Peroxide, Peg-7 Glyceryl Cocoate, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Phosphoric Acid, Parfum, Acetaminophen, Hexyl Cinnamal, Linalool

Keratin Nourish Lotion:  Aqua (Water), C12-20 Acid Peg-8 Ester, Glycerin, Cetyl Alcohol, Argania Spinosa Oil (Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil), Caprylic/ Capric Triglyceride, Ricinus Communis Oil (Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil), Simmondsia Chinensis Oil (Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil), Soluble Collagen, Panthenol, Tocopheryl Acetate, Hydrolyzed Keratin (Hydrolyzed Keratin), Hydrolyzed Silk, Phenoxyethanol, Imidazolidinyl Urea, Propylene Glycol, Tetrasodium Glutamate Diacetate, Ethylhexylglycerin, Cetrimonium Chloride, Citric Acid

Additional Information:

  • Tint and other colour deposit techniques develop much faster after lamination due to porous hair. We, therefore, advise you to reduce your timings and watch the development of the colour closely.
  • Brow Lamination must always be performed before waxing, threading or plucking treatments. If performing this service after tidying brows – You must completely avoid getting ANY solution on the area to be waxed.
  • Do not apply scrubs to the eyebrow area before lamination.
  • Never use the same brush to apply Step 1 and Step 2. You must use two disposable brushes for both steps.
  • In case of contact with eyes, wash immediately with distilled water.

Post Procedure Care:

  • Keep brows dry for 24 hours.
  • Do not apply make-up or undertake further eye treatments for at least 24 hours after your treatment.
  • Avoid swimming/sauna/working out for 24-48 hours. Any excess moisture after this time can cause a slight curl/frizz to the brow hair.
  • Do not allow prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heat.
  • Do not apply Retin-A, AHA, or exfoliate around the brow area for 72 hours on either side of the treatment.
  • No self-tanning products should be used on the face for one week prior to and 48 hours after treatment.

NOTE: If any stinging or swelling occurs, apply a cold compress to soothe and seek medical advice. Be sure to let the technician know of any adverse reactions.

NOTE: The new brow design and shape takes up to 48 hours for the bonds to lock into place and cure, which is why it is important to emphasise that the client follows the correct aftercare for 48 hours post-treatment.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding:

Lamination is not safe for pregnant and breastfeeding women. This is due to the risk of chemicals sinking into the skin and potentially entering the bloodstream. If your client is pregnant or breastfeeding and would still like to receive Lamination treatments despite this information, please ask them to consult with their healthcare professional first.

Delivery

All products are sent from ourselves and not a third party, using our authorised courier/ postal service . We check all orders before despatch to ensure your order arrives as specified and in perfect condition.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You should notify us of your intent to return an item and provide your Order Number reference.

If unwanted item returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition, a refund will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items in question are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will advise how to return it to us and we will refund the return postage cost. Replacements and / or refunds will only be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed up to 14 days from the sales invoice date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of product arriving back with us. Payment will be made the same way the product was paid for (PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card payment). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the sale invoice date.
