Description

The silicone pads are available in 5 different sizes to fit the eyelashes of any length and the eyes of any shape. Comes in a pack of 5 pairs (10 pieces).

Directions For Use:

  1. Fix the pads on the eyelids with the lash lamination fixing gel.
  2. Spread out the eyelashes over the pads using a special applicator.
  3. When the procedure is finished, remove the pads from the eyelids.
  4. As a final stage, remove the excess of the fixing gel with a cotton bud, moistened with water.

Additional Information:

  • NOTE! The pads are made of the soft silicone, so it is necessary to consider the following information:
  • Minor mechanical damage of the pads is possible, but it does not influence on performing eyelash lamination procedure;
  • It is necessary to clean the pads from all fibers and micropollutants before using them;
  • It is possible to cut edges of the pads in order to make their shape appropriate.

Delivery

All products are sent from ourselves and not a third party, using our authorised courier/ postal service . We check all orders before despatch to ensure your order arrives as specified and in perfect condition.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You should notify us of your intent to return an item and provide your Order Number reference.

If unwanted item returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition, a refund will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items in question are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will advise how to return it to us and we will refund the return postage cost. Replacements and / or refunds will only be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed up to 14 days from the sales invoice date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of product arriving back with us. Payment will be made the same way the product was paid for (PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card payment). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the sale invoice date.
