ÉLAN’s soft and lightweight silicone pads are used to create beautiful lash curls. They are made from high-quality soft silicon and their optimal length allows for easy application.
These pads are designed to be reusable, so it’s important to clean them before and after each use.

Description
Directions For Use:
- They are attached to the eyelids with a special gel, and lashes are carefully placed onto the pads with an applicator.
- After the procedure, any excess gel can be removed with a cotton swab moistened with water.
Delivery
All products are sent from ourselves and not a third party, using our authorised courier/ postal service . We check all orders before despatch to ensure your order arrives as specified and in perfect condition.
Returns
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You should notify us of your intent to return an item and provide your Order Number reference.
If unwanted item returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition, a refund will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items in question are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will advise how to return it to us and we will refund the return postage cost. Replacements and / or refunds will only be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items.
Refunds
Refunds will only be processed up to 14 days from the sales invoice date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of product arriving back with us. Payment will be made the same way the product was paid for (PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card payment). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the sale invoice date.
