Description

Wax Heater Features:

Directions For Use:

1. Place the wax into the container.

2. Connect the device to the power source.

3. Choose the desired temperature from modes 1-6 using the thermostat (the power indicator light will turn red).

  • Mode 1: 20°C
  • Mode 2: 40°C
  • Mode 3: 60°C
  • Mode 4: 80°C
  • Mode 5: 90°C
  • Mode 6: 100°C

4. Once the wax has melted, use the thermostat to set the temperature you wish to maintain.

5. After use, turn off the device and disconnect it from the power source.

Safety And Cleaning:

NOTE! DO NOT USE ACID-BASED CLEANERS, AS THEY MAY DAMAGE THE WAX HEATER AND VOID WARRANTY.

  • Never leave the device on when the wax container is empty.
  • Clean the wax heater using oil-based products specifically designed for wax removal.
  • Do not place plastic containers with wax directly into the heater unless specified by the wax manufacturer.
  • The wax heater is not intended for use by unsupervised children.
  • Avoid using the wax heater near bathtubs, shower stalls, sinks, or other water containers.
  • Always maintain the device’s cleanliness and prevent wax from coming into contact with the temperature control.
  • Use only solvents specifically designed for cleaning the wax heater, as using other solvents may damage the device and produce toxic fumes when heated.
  • Always test a small amount of wax for temperature by applying it to the inside of the wrist before application.

Delivery

All products are sent from ourselves and not a third party, using our authorised courier/ postal service . We check all orders before despatch to ensure your order arrives as specified and in perfect condition.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You should notify us of your intent to return an item and provide your Order Number reference.

If unwanted item returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition, a refund will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items in question are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will advise how to return it to us and we will refund the return postage cost. Replacements and / or refunds will only be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed up to 14 days from the sales invoice date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of product arriving back with us. Payment will be made the same way the product was paid for (PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card payment). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the sale invoice date.
