It has specific sections for lotions (steps 1,2 and 3), tinting dispensing for both lashes and brows, a specially designed glue well to achieve longer working time with your adhesives (for lash lifting treatments), also offers a water well which is ideal for mixing with your adhesive to lengthen your adhesive life during the treatment process.

The ElleePalette offers a perfectly placed brush rest and two additional sections for holding upright brushes giving the artist more options than ever before for how they choose to work at their stations.

The unique non-slip surface on the palette’s base was designed to offer lash artists stability and a sturdy workspace to create their lash and brow magic.  The super-flex nature of the palette makes cleaning a breeze as the stretchable material can be fashioned, enabling no space for residue to build up.

Delivery

All products are sent from ourselves and not a third party, using our authorised courier/ postal service . We check all orders before despatch to ensure your order arrives as specified and in perfect condition.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You should notify us of your intent to return an item and provide your Order Number reference.

If unwanted item returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition, a refund will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items in question are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will advise how to return it to us and we will refund the return postage cost. Replacements and / or refunds will only be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed up to 14 days from the sales invoice date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of product arriving back with us. Payment will be made the same way the product was paid for (PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card payment). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the sale invoice date.
