The Elleebana Precision Lifter tool has been designed with superior workmanship. It showcases 16 fine-tooth Japanese stainless-steel combs to allow for meticulous separation of all lashes, including fine ones. The capability of more defined layer separation is achievable due to the deeper set of grooves within the luxury combing tool. Elegant handle design built from high-quality composite with a dual-purpose precision isolator, this intelligent tool is cleverly balanced to give the lash artist comfort, control and a commanding experience.
The refined isolation tip is perfect for manoeuvring particular lashes for multiple styling options. The Precision lifter tool is compatible with HLD (High-Level Disinfectant) systems for ease of decontamination. Eco-friendly materials have been used to manufacture this tool, and another considered benefit of this tool is that it is completely recyclable.

Description
Instructions For Cleaning:
- Wash the tool with lukewarm soapy water to remove any glue or product residue
- Submerse tool in Disinfectant (HLD) as per manufacturer of disinfectant brands instructions. Prolonged exposure to HLD or beyond manufacturers recommendation for submersion is not recommended as it may cause corrosion or damage to the tool
- Remove the tool from the disinfectant solution wearing gloves
- Rinse thoroughly with running cool water to remove any remanence of disinfectant
- Dry the tool
- Properly store the cleaned Precision Lifter tool in a sterile covered container
Delivery
All products are sent from ourselves and not a third party, using our authorised courier/ postal service . We check all orders before despatch to ensure your order arrives as specified and in perfect condition.
Returns
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You should notify us of your intent to return an item and provide your Order Number reference.
If unwanted item returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition, a refund will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items in question are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will advise how to return it to us and we will refund the return postage cost. Replacements and / or refunds will only be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items.
Refunds
Refunds will only be processed up to 14 days from the sales invoice date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of product arriving back with us. Payment will be made the same way the product was paid for (PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card payment). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the sale invoice date.
