Ingredients:
Purified Water, Hydrolysed Collagen, Squalane, Propylene Glycol, Polyquaternium-51, Alcohol, Witch Hazel Extract, Glycerin, Hydrolysed Keratin, Biotin, Arginine, Bisabolol, Lactobacillus, Panthenol, Methylparaben, Hydrolysed Rice Protein, Cynara Scolymus Leaf Extract, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Allantoin.
Qualities of Elleeplex:
- For lashes, brows, and beards
- Enriched with proteins, amino acids, and vitamin complex ingredients such as keratin, biotin, arginine, hydrolyzed collagen, allantoin, and panthenol.
- Specially formulated to help restore proteins, speed up cell generation, increase potassium channels in the cells and increase moisture levels to the hair.
- Includes sunflower oil extract and antioxidants which helps protect the hair and gives longer-lasting colour stay results with lash or brow tinting.
- Can be used in a salon as a finishing treatment to a lash lift and also is ideal for retail sale for daily applications.
- Can be applied before daily mascara – allow to dry fully before applying mascara or alternatively as a nightly lash coating before bed.
- Use in conjunction with Elleevate for the ultimate lash lift aftercare.
Delivery
All products are sent from ourselves and not a third party, using our authorised courier/ postal service . We check all orders before despatch to ensure your order arrives as specified and in perfect condition.
Returns
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You should notify us of your intent to return an item and provide your Order Number reference.
If unwanted item returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition, a refund will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items in question are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will advise how to return it to us and we will refund the return postage cost. Replacements and / or refunds will only be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items.
Refunds
Refunds will only be processed up to 14 days from the sales invoice date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of product arriving back with us. Payment will be made the same way the product was paid for (PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card payment). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the sale invoice date.
