Description

Directions For Use:

  1. Place a pot into the heater chamber; it is not necessary to decant the wax from the pot into the heater.
  2. Plug the heater in, and press and hold the ON button located on the digital display panel. Zero will illuminate in the digital display window.
  3. Pressing the ON button for a second time will increase the temperature immediately to 9 (High) to melt the wax.
  4. To adjust the temperature, use the up and down arrows on the digital display.
  5. When heating wax, stir the wax to ensure an even distribution of heat throughout.
  6. Ensure that the pot is completely cool before removing it from the heater.

Additional Information:

  • Never pour water into the wax heater chamber.
  • To remove spilled wax, apply seraclean equipment cleaner sparingly with a soft cloth. Never use any other solvents or aggressive detergents. This may damage the appearance of the heater if unsuitable cleaning materials are used.
  • These heaters come with a UK Plug.

Delivery

All products are sent from ourselves and not a third party, using our authorised courier/ postal service . We check all orders before despatch to ensure your order arrives as specified and in perfect condition.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You should notify us of your intent to return an item and provide your Order Number reference.

If unwanted item returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition, a refund will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items in question are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will advise how to return it to us and we will refund the return postage cost. Replacements and / or refunds will only be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed up to 14 days from the sales invoice date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of product arriving back with us. Payment will be made the same way the product was paid for (PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card payment). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the sale invoice date.
