Mrs.Highbrow will take you through every step and share all the insider tips and tricks. Mrs.Highbrow has been offering exceptional training courses, both in-person and online, since 2015. Drawing on their vast experience, Mrs. Highbrow knows exactly what it takes to provide an outstanding course.

To get started with Airbrush Brows immediately after training, you will need an airbrush device, PowerStain, Airbrush Activator, and a Cleaning Pot (cleaning pot not sold at LAB FACTOR).

  • 2 tutorials: how to create the most beautiful Airbrush Brows.
  • How to assemble the airbrush device and how to clean it.

How to Book the Airbrush Brows Online Course:

  1. Book and pay for the Airbrush Brows course.
  2. Your details will be passed on to the Mrs. Highbrow team. Within 1-2 working days, you will receive information directly from Mrs Highbrow regarding course access.
  3. Start the Air Brush Brows course at your convenience. You will have unlimited access to the course.
  4. After each chapter, there is a test to test yourself.
  5. Upon completing the Airbrush Brows course, give Mrs. Highbrow a call via the chat function, and they’ll go ahead and digitally format your certificate right away! It’ll be sent to you via email.
  6. Note: on the certificate will be the name with which you registered. Do you want a different name on the certificate? Please indicate this in advance!

Delivery

All products are sent from ourselves and not a third party, using our authorised courier/ postal service . We check all orders before despatch to ensure your order arrives as specified and in perfect condition.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You should notify us of your intent to return an item and provide your Order Number reference.

If unwanted item returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition, a refund will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items in question are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will advise how to return it to us and we will refund the return postage cost. Replacements and / or refunds will only be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed up to 14 days from the sales invoice date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of product arriving back with us. Payment will be made the same way the product was paid for (PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card payment). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the sale invoice date.
