The first step in the lamination process, whether you are lifting lashes or eyebrows. Mrs Highbrow Lash & Brow Lift Cream comes in hygienic pouches, making the product extra long-lasting.
1 sachet is good for 3 treatments; however, you do need to use up the sachet within 24 hours.
Important: Gently massage the pouches before opening them.

Description
Directions For Use:
Lash Lamination:
- Apply a small amount of Lifting Cream from the root to 1/3 of the lash line for the elevator and up to half the lash line for the elevator and slight curl. Use a microbrush or applicator
- Remove using a dry cotton swab and rolling technique, making sure the Lifting Cream does not touch the tips.
- Using a microbrush, apply a small amount of Neutralizing Lotion to the area where the Lifting Cream was applied.
- Remove using a dry cotton swab and rolling technique, making sure the solution does not touch the tips.
- Optional but recommended: prepare black or blue-black paint and apply with a brush. Remove after 3-5 minutes with cotton swabs or cotton pads.
- Apply Nourishing Serum to lashes with a microbrush and gently separate lashes from the shield.
- Remove the shield from the eyelid.
- Remove eyepatches and comb up lashes with a spoolie.
- Take a follow-up photo.
- Give the client aftercare advice and provide an aftercare flyer if necessary, along with a spoolie.
Processing time (Step 1 – Lifting Cream)
- Very fine to fine lashes: 4-5 min.
- Normal lashes: 5-6 min.
- Stiff lashes: 6-8 min.
Processing Time (Step 2 – Neutralising Lotion)
- Very fine to fine lashes: 5 min.
- Normal lashes: 6 min.
- Stiff lashes: 6-8 min.
Brow Lamination:
- Using an applicator, apply a thin layer of Lifting Cream to the eyebrow hairs. Apply from the root to ¾ of the hairs. This aligns the hair, softens thick hair and straightens curly hair. Avoid the tips of the hairs.
- Remove with a dry cotton swab.
- Using an applicator, apply a small amount of Neutralizing Lotion to the area where the Lifting Cream was applied.
- Remove with a dry cotton swab
- Gently comb the eyebrow with a spoolie, following the shape and hair growth.
- Optional: prepare eyebrow paint and apply with a brush. Let sit for 1-3 minutes. Remove with a clean cotton swab in the direction of hair growth.
- Apply Nourishing Serum to the brows with an applicator and comb in the right direction.
- Take an aftercare picture.
- Give the client aftercare advice and possibly a flyer with care tips, along with a spoolie.

Active Ingredient: Ethanolamine thioglycolate.
Delivery
All products are sent from ourselves and not a third party, using our authorised courier/ postal service . We check all orders before despatch to ensure your order arrives as specified and in perfect condition.
Returns
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You should notify us of your intent to return an item and provide your Order Number reference.
If unwanted item returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition, a refund will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items in question are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will advise how to return it to us and we will refund the return postage cost. Replacements and / or refunds will only be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items.
Refunds
Refunds will only be processed up to 14 days from the sales invoice date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of product arriving back with us. Payment will be made the same way the product was paid for (PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card payment). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the sale invoice date.
