Description

Natural juices of grapefruit, lime and orange with a high content of vitamin C stimulate intercellular metabolism, toning the skin. Organic betaine softens the effects of cleaning agents and solvents, retains water molecules even in the deep layers of the skin. Panthenol (provitamin B5) has powerful moisturising properties and soothes skin irritation.

Directions For Use:

Apply the Lotion on a cotton pad and gently rub the skin until completely cleansed.

It is recommended to use the Lotion to cleanse the eyebrow area and to prepare the hairs and skin for the colouring procedure.

Delivery

All products are sent from ourselves and not a third party, using our authorised courier/ postal service . We check all orders before despatch to ensure your order arrives as specified and in perfect condition.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You should notify us of your intent to return an item and provide your Order Number reference.

If unwanted item returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition, a refund will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items in question are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will advise how to return it to us and we will refund the return postage cost. Replacements and / or refunds will only be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed up to 14 days from the sales invoice date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of product arriving back with us. Payment will be made the same way the product was paid for (PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card payment). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the sale invoice date.
