The Noemi Clear is a neutral colour corrector that can be added to any other shade to lighten the colours, and it can also be used to enhance the hair and give it extra shine.

It is particularly recommended to be used after eyebrow lamination as the hair tends to absorb more pigment. It can also be used by itself as a healing mask giving greater shine to the eyebrow. The ph value is 10, and contains moisturising components.

Description

Directions For Use:

  1. Mix Clear with Noemi Solution in the same ratio (1:1).
  2. For lighter shades, mix the clear with the desired colour (Noemi Dye) in a ratio of 1:1 or 1:2 until a creamy and smooth consistency is achieved.
  3. Then add Noemi Solution in the ratio (1:1) and mix it.
  4. Apply the mixture obtained.
  5. Leave on for 10-15 minutes.

Patch Testing:

  • Recommended sensitivity test before use (apply some paint to the inside of the wrist or behind the ear then wait 15 minutes).

Ingredients:

Cetearyl Alcohol, Glyceryl Monostearate, Edta, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Sulphite Anhydrous, Ascor- Bic Acid, Triethanolamine, Ceteareth-25, Water.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You should notify us of your intent to return an item and provide your Order Number reference.

If unwanted item returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition, a refund will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items in question are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will advise how to return it to us and we will refund the return postage cost. Replacements and / or refunds will only be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed up to 14 days from the sales invoice date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of product arriving back with us. Payment will be made the same way the product was paid for (PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card payment). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the sale invoice date.
