Description

Directions For Use:

  1. Apply Permalift Step 2 Fixing Lotion over the brows and use a brush to comb the hairs in an upward direction.
  2. In this step, it is important to shape the brow with the customers’ wishes in mind.
  3. Let this step sit for 10 minutes. Do not use any cling wrap for this step.
  4. Once the time is up, remove the lotion with a dry cotton swab. Do not use any water.
  5. If you are tinting the brows, now is the time to do so.
  6. Once the tint has been removed if that step has been completed, move onto applying Permalift Step 3 Keratin.

Keep bottle tightly closed between uses.

Ingredients:

Aqua, Cetearyl Alcohol, Hydrogen Peroxide, Ceteareth-25, Disodium Phosphate, Salicylic Acid, Citronellol, Parfum.

Warning:

Avoid skin contact, in case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Keep out of reach of children. For professional use only!

Delivery

All products are sent from ourselves and not a third party, using our authorised courier/ postal service . We check all orders before despatch to ensure your order arrives as specified and in perfect condition.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You should notify us of your intent to return an item and provide your Order Number reference.

If unwanted item returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition, a refund will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items in question are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will advise how to return it to us and we will refund the return postage cost. Replacements and / or refunds will only be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed up to 14 days from the sales invoice date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of product arriving back with us. Payment will be made the same way the product was paid for (PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card payment). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the sale invoice date.
