Description

Directions For Use:

  1. Cleanse the eyelash area from any makeup using the Permalift Makeup Remover.
  2. Choose the correct shield for the client. This will depend on the clients eye size and length of their lashes.
  3. When the correct shield has been chosen, apply glue on the back of the shield and place it onto the eyelid as close to the eyelashes as possible.
  4. Apply glue onto the shield and start pulling up the eyelashes with the tool of your choice.
  5. Once the lashes are sat on the shield, make sure you seperate the lashes and comb them through so they are straight and not over lapping.
  6. Apply Permalift Step 1 Pro Express Perming Lotion. The product should be applied from the lash root to the middle of the shield.
  7. Once the timing is complete, remove step 1 from the lashes with a dry cotton swab. Do not use water at this step.

Timings:

  • Short and thin lashes: 8-10 minutes
  • Mid-long lashes: 10-13 minutes
  • Long and thick lashes: 13-15 minutes

Delivery

All products are sent from ourselves and not a third party, using our authorised courier/ postal service . We check all orders before despatch to ensure your order arrives as specified and in perfect condition.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You should notify us of your intent to return an item and provide your Order Number reference.

If unwanted item returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition, a refund will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items in question are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will advise how to return it to us and we will refund the return postage cost. Replacements and / or refunds will only be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed up to 14 days from the sales invoice date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of product arriving back with us. Payment will be made the same way the product was paid for (PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card payment). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the sale invoice date.
