Directions For Use:

Silk Drops is versatile! Check out some of the many ways you can use it:

  • Add 2 drops to Brow Restore to boost the hydration power and offer deep nourishment to the eyebrows.
  • Add 1 – 2 drops to tint, both lashes and brows to condition hairs from deep within, adding shine and improving tint retention.
  • Add 1 – 2 drops onto a mascara wand and comb through lashes and brows to protect, repair, smooth and soften.
  • Use Silk Drops as a step 3 in brow and lash lamination treatments.
  • Use as aftercare for your client’s brows and lashes post-treatment.

Prunes Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil, Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Persea Americana (Avocado) Oil, Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Argania Spinosa (Argan) Kernel Oil, Adansonia Digitata (Baobab) Seed Oil.

Delivery

All products are sent from ourselves and not a third party, using our authorised courier/ postal service . We check all orders before despatch to ensure your order arrives as specified and in perfect condition.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You should notify us of your intent to return an item and provide your Order Number reference.

If unwanted item returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition, a refund will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items in question are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will advise how to return it to us and we will refund the return postage cost. Replacements and / or refunds will only be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed up to 14 days from the sales invoice date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of product arriving back with us. Payment will be made the same way the product was paid for (PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card payment). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the sale invoice date.
