The Starpil Duo Wax Heater is a dual aluminum wax pot that can hold up to 2.2lb of hard wax beads or tablets and two times the fun. This double wax warmer minimises the need to switch out hard-wax formulas in-between clients because you’ve got two 500ml wax wells right at your fingertips, each heating your choice of hard wax at the same time. Keep your most-used wax combos walk-in ready to meet any concern, skin, and hair type your clients have. Use one side of your dual wax warmer and the other for intimate waxing only, or, double-up on a good thing when booked with a full day of similar services.

Each side of this double wax pot has its own operating system, giving you two complete warmers in one so that you can turn one off when it’s not needed or keep two different wax types warming at their unique application temperatures.

Engineered to simultaneously heat two cans of soft wax this wax pot is ideal for licensed professionals and saves you time with back to back appointments. It also boasts a rapid heating system with an adjustable temperature dial ranging from 45° to 105° C to maintain full control of your services.

All products are sent from ourselves and not a third party, using our authorised courier/ postal service . We check all orders before despatch to ensure your order arrives as specified and in perfect condition.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You should notify us of your intent to return an item and provide your Order Number reference.

If unwanted item returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition, a refund will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items in question are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will advise how to return it to us and we will refund the return postage cost. Replacements and / or refunds will only be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed up to 14 days from the sales invoice date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of product arriving back with us. Payment will be made the same way the product was paid for (PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card payment). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the sale invoice date.
