Featuring all-natural ingredients like sweet cotton oil and shea butter, this gel will cleanse and exfoliate your skin to prepare it for a wax – naturally.

Full of active ingredients and antioxidants, our Pure Vegan formula will get your skin in the best shape possible prior to waxing, and will aid in the prevention of irritation and ingrown hair growth afterwards. Unlike our Post-Wax products, we advise you not to add essential oils to our Pre-Wax Gel – it’s great just the way it is!

Aqua (Water), Alcohol Denat, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis Oil, Gossypium Herbaceum (Cotton) Seed Oil, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract, Xylitylglucoside, Anhydroxylitol, Xylitol, Peg-40 Castor Oil, Carbomer, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Ascorbyl Palmitate, Bht, Parfum (Fragrance), Triethanolamine.

Delivery

All products are sent from ourselves and not a third party, using our authorised courier/ postal service . We check all orders before despatch to ensure your order arrives as specified and in perfect condition.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You should notify us of your intent to return an item and provide your Order Number reference.

If unwanted item returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition, a refund will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items in question are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will advise how to return it to us and we will refund the return postage cost. Replacements and / or refunds will only be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed up to 14 days from the sales invoice date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of product arriving back with us. Payment will be made the same way the product was paid for (PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card payment). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the sale invoice date.
