Flexible colour, trusted results. Introducing the FADE Eyebrow Pigment, ideal for artists and clients who want beautiful eyebrows without committing to a lifelong shape or colour. FADE is a hybrid line of pigments that is comprised of mainly inorganic ingredients.

It is designed to visibly fade into a softer version of the original colour within 12-24 months of application, however, results will vary depending on the client and technique. FADE pigments are EU REACH compliant and have internally corrected ingredients to prevent warm/red fading.

Clients can enjoy the convenience of tattooed eyebrows without a “forever commitment”, allowing artists to easily refresh their clients’ brows for years to come.

Light Warm Blonde: Fabulously golden. This warm, light-value pigment works wonderfully on fair-skinned, cool-toned clients, for beautiful golden-blonde brows.

Delivery

All products are sent from ourselves and not a third party, using our authorised courier/ postal service . We check all orders before despatch to ensure your order arrives as specified and in perfect condition.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You should notify us of your intent to return an item and provide your Order Number reference.

If unwanted item returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition, a refund will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items in question are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will advise how to return it to us and we will refund the return postage cost. Replacements and / or refunds will only be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed up to 14 days from the sales invoice date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of product arriving back with us. Payment will be made the same way the product was paid for (PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card payment). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the sale invoice date.
