Due to its formula, ZOLA granulated wax is effective for removing unwanted hair on sensitive areas such as eyebrows and the face and is easy to apply and remove.

Wax makes no “net” when applied. Available in two sizes.

Description

Please note: If you are using wax for the first time, test on a small skin area. If you have an adverse reaction, discontinue use.

Directions For Use:

  1. Put the necessary amount of granules into the wax heater and melt them.
  2. Use a cosmetic spatula to apply a thin layer of wax, pressing it to the skin.
  3. When the wax is set solid on the skin and the hairs are tightly fixed, the wax can be removed. Stretch the skin a little and then rip off the wax in opposite the direction of hair growth.
  4. After completing the procedure, apply ZOLA post-depilation oil.

Colophoniun (ROSIN), Ethylene/VA copolymer, Cera alba (Beeswax), Glyceryl hydrogenated rosinate, Paraffin, Triethylene glycol hydrogenated rosinate, Theobroma cacao seed butter, Aroma, C30-45 alkyl methicone, Paraffinum liquqdum (Mineral oil)

All products are sent from ourselves and not a third party, using our authorised courier/ postal service . We check all orders before despatch to ensure your order arrives as specified and in perfect condition.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You should notify us of your intent to return an item and provide your Order Number reference.

If unwanted item returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition, a refund will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items in question are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will advise how to return it to us and we will refund the return postage cost. Replacements and / or refunds will only be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed up to 14 days from the sales invoice date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of product arriving back with us. Payment will be made the same way the product was paid for (PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card payment). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the sale invoice date.
