Description

Directions For Use:

  1. Apply every night directly to the upper eyelid following the main lash line using the applicator.
  2. Clean any excess around the eyes or on the skin. *Upon discontinuation of the lash serum, the lashes are expected to go back to their natural length.

Aqua, Biotin, Tocopherol, Panthenol, Corn protein, Wheat protein, Oligopeptide-10, Pentylene Glycol, Panax Extract, Biotinoyl Tripeptide-1, Pumpkin seed extract, Hyaluronate, Japonica Extract, Myristoyl Pentapeptide-17

Additional Information:

  • Do not apply in your eye or on bottom lashes.
  • Only use the applicators provided in the packaging.
  • Contact lenses should be removed prior to application of the serum.
  • In case of direct contact with eyes, immediately rinse eyes with water and if the problem persists seek medical advice.
  • Keep out of reach of children.

Precautions:

  • Discontinue using it if redness or irritation occurs.
  • We recommend not to use the serum if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, actively undergoing chemotherapy, or under the age of 18.

Delivery

All products are sent from ourselves and not a third party, using our authorised courier/ postal service . We check all orders before despatch to ensure your order arrives as specified and in perfect condition.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You should notify us of your intent to return an item and provide your Order Number reference.

If unwanted item returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition, a refund will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items in question are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will advise how to return it to us and we will refund the return postage cost. Replacements and / or refunds will only be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed up to 14 days from the sales invoice date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of product arriving back with us. Payment will be made the same way the product was paid for (PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card payment). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the sale invoice date.
