BOO Beauty’s eye masks adopt the self-heating temperature control technology on the inner side of it. The heating body comes from water in the air and metal powder. The water in the heating body evaporates and generates tiny, almost invisible warm steam which can maintain at 40°C.

This eye mask will allow you to gently lift lashes by reducing the ph level of the lifting product (pH decreases with an increase in temperature) shorten the treatment time (please reduce the processing time by 3-4 minutes. For example: if a client has thick lashes and you would normally do 14 minutes, then please do 10-11 minutes)

Please note: the eye mask will only do its job during the lifting step. It can still be placed on clients’ eyes in the setting step for client’s comfort, but the temperature will have no effect due to different ingredients in setting products.

Description

Directions For Use:

  1. Open the package for immediate use
  2. Separate the ear loops and wear it with the inside facing your/client’s eyes
  3. Leave mask on for 10-15 minutes, depending on your/client’s lash type

Delivery

All products are sent from ourselves and not a third party, using our authorised courier/ postal service . We check all orders before despatch to ensure your order arrives as specified and in perfect condition.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You should notify us of your intent to return an item and provide your Order Number reference.

If unwanted item returns arrive in poor or unsaleable condition, a refund will not be possible. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the items in question are returned to us. We will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will advise how to return it to us and we will refund the return postage cost. Replacements and / or refunds will only be dispatched / issued on receipt of the returned items.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed up to 14 days from the sales invoice date. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of product arriving back with us. Payment will be made the same way the product was paid for (PayPal, Bank Transfer or Card payment). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the sale invoice date.
