• Step-by-step instructions

Directions For Use:

1. Using a dry cotton round with the Permalift Makeup Remover, cleanse the eyebrow area.
2. Make sure the eyebrows are completely dry and clean before proceeding to the next step.
3. Use Permalift Step 1 Lamination Lotion and apply the liquid all over the brows, using a microbrush to pull the hair upwards.
4. Apply cling wrap and let it sit for 2 minutes.
5. Remove the cling wrap and use a microbrush to brush the hairs up. Here you should notice that the hairs have softened and are easier to work with.
6. Place the cling wrap back over the eyebrows and let it set for 2 minutes.
7. Once the time is up, remove the lotion with a dry cotton swab. Do not use any water.
8. Apply Permalift Step 2 Fixing Lotion over the brows and use a brush to comb the hairs in an upward direction.
9. In this step, it is important to shape the brow with the customers’ wishes in mind.
10. Let this step sit for 10 minutes. Do not use any cling wrap for this step.
11. Once the time is up, remove the lotion with a dry cotton swab. Do not use any water.
12. If you are tinting the brows, now is the time to do so.
13. Once the tint has been removed if that step has been completed, move onto applying Permalift Step 3 Keratin.
14. Apply the Keratin lotion all over the eyebrows and let it sit for a few seconds.
15. Use a dry cotton pad to remove the product.
16. Once the brows are completely clean, reapply the Keratin lotion with a mascara brush through the brow hairs into the final desired position.
